Welcome to Fluent Academy! By enrolling in our programs, you agree to the terms outlined below:

1. Program Access

All classes are conducted live online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Access to class links, recordings, and materials is provided only to fully enrolled and active students. A stable internet connection is required to participate.

2. Payment Policy

• All monthly payments are due before the 3rd of every month, regardless of your start date.
• This ensures we can schedule tutors and prepare your learning materials in advance.
• If payment is not received by the due date, access to classes may be paused until settled.

3. Refund Policy

• We do not offer refunds once the program has started (i.e., once the first class has been attended).
• Payments are used to secure tutor time and resources for the month ahead.

4. Missed Classes

• If a student misses a class, a class recording will be shared (where available).
• Missed classes do not qualify for refunds or credits unless agreed beforehand.

5. Certificates

• Fluent Academy provides completion certificates (non-accredited) to students who complete their course.
• If you require an accredited certificate (e.g. Goethe A1, A2, or B1), you must register and write that exam through the official bodies independently.

6. Code of Conduct

• Respectful behavior is expected in all classes and communication platforms.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

7. Content Ownership

All learning materials, lesson recordings, and digital content shared by Fluent Academy are the property of the academy and may not be reused or redistributed without permission.

8. Privacy

All personal information shared with us is used solely for class management and communication. Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties.
